* ANNOUNCEMENT *
CNTi will cease negotiation training with the conclusion of the Advanced training on July 9, 2025.
It has been a blessing to have been involved in Law Enforcement Negotiations for now 40 years. I am humbled to have been able to, hopefully, make a difference in officer lives from many states at every level through negotiation training for 30 years.
As I step away to battle a recently diagnosed medical condition, I will miss greatly, the opportunities to meet the great men and women who will carry negotiations into the future to save lives and make a difference in our communities.
Remember to take the time to LISTEN, and make a difference in someone’s life.
